2000m2 Beachfront lot at white sandy beach in Guanacaste

Price: 130.000 USD

On the south-west side of the Nicoya Peninsula lies the beautiful yet untouched beach of Costa de Oro. As the name suggests, the coast is rich in flora and fauna. There can still be more animals found here than people.

Not much has changed in the past 30 years in this area. This is partly because of the rather bad roads. There is a project underway to pave all the coastal road and once this happens the tourism will increase in this region as well. It is a good time to invest in this area before the prices rise, like elsewhere in Costa Rica.

The Beach lot itself is 2000m2 big and has 2 wells available since there is no public water on this beach. One is an artisanal well and the other one is made by a machine. So, there is plenty of water to go around. This is also essential for obtaining a building permit in the future.

The property has several fruit trees and local trees that are amazing for providing shade on hot days. Among others we find a mango trees, coconut, sour lemon, beach almonds and more.

Like most beachfront properties in Costa Rica, this land is concession land and there is a yearly fee to be paid to the local government.

The nearest town is around 10 minutes’ drive away and offers all necessities. Although the area is rural, there are nice restaurants and bars around. Nicoya is around 1 and a half hours away for bigger shopping. The Liberia international Airport can be reached in under 3 hours.
